Hello, I am a little postman of Star Post in Penglai Town. How do we deliver the letters in our school? Well, let me tell you. First, we open the mail box every Friday. Then, we sort out the various types of mail. After that, we break into groups to deliver the letters.
Look, here is a letter for Miss Tang. She is in Aladdin Theatre now. I knock on the door and come in. I say to the class, ‘Excuse me! I’m the postman from Star Post and I’m here to deliver the letter for Miss Tang.Can I put it here? Thank you. Have a nice day! Bye!’ Then I close the door gently and leave the classroom.
小镇公民乙：二（1）班范若妍
There are around forty courses in Penglai Town. Yummy Chinese Restaurant is one among them. In Yummy Chinese Restaurant, we can find a lot of tasty food. During the class, our teacher teaches us to cook different dishes, such as dumplings, fried rice and so on! Our teacher is very nice. I like our teacher and Yummy Chinese Restaurant very much.

Every Friday,
our school will become Penglai Town. The students and the teachers are all town
members. Everyone has a job.
Mine is about
the weather. We don't know many things about it first. Then we watch the
weather movies, colour up the weather pictures and go out to measure the
temperature. We learn many things in the end. If you are good in this class,
you will get the special money. And you can go to the special supermarket to
buy things in Penglai Town.
Penglai Town is
such a wonderful place. Do you like it?
小镇公民丁：四（5）班杨晨源
I am from Grade
Four, No. 2 Penglai Rd Primary School. I love my school very much because every
Friday afternoon my school will change into “Penglai Town”.
Penglai Town is
made up of 5 communities, and each grade is one community. There are 8
different kinds of lessons in every community. Every student can choose 4
lessons according to his interest, but must finish them within one year.
In the past
10weeks, I took part in the lesson of Aladdin Theatre. We 20 students finished
the show “Cat Cook” which was the story about the cat Mike. First we chose
theroles. One was cat Mike. One was the food critics. One was the chef. The
otherswere the cats. And I was the waitress Chris. Then we read the script. We
should pay attention to our pronunciations and tunes. Next we rehearsed the
play. The teachers taught us how to walk, stand, and perform. Our show was
ended by the pleasant songs. I enjoyed it because it was the first time I
joined in the English show. I recited the script, sang the lovely songs and
acted it out.Sometimes I felt a bit tired, but I was very happy. Often we could
hear our laughter in the rehearsal. And teachers always gave us some cookies
and sweets after the rehearsal. When I stood on the stage to perform our show,
I was very proud of myself. I would remember the good-looking costume, big
lights, beautiful stage and tremendous applause.
I love the show,
